Ask your local store about our Master classes. A night in Mecca, all to yourself, we'll close our doors and indulge you and 4 or more of your friends in an exclusive evening filled with makeup, skincare, sparkling wine and friends.

What if the item I want is temporarily unavailable?
If the item you are after is temporarily unavailable, please call our Mail Order team on 09 360 8460 and we will try to track one down for you, or help you find an alternative.
What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
If you wish to return an item purchased on meccacosmetica.co.nz we will happily exchange or refund the full purchase amount provided you return the item to us within 14 days from the date of purchase, unused, and in its original condition, along with your original receipt. All discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange, so please choose carefully.

Unfortunately we are not able to refund your original postage costs.

What are your delivery options and how much do they cost?
Courier Post deliveries will arrive within 5 working days and ensures that your parcel can always be tracked.

1 - 2 products $10 NZD
3 - 5 products $15 NZD
Over 5 products $20 NZD

Platinum Delivery: Platinum Delivery service ensures your delivery can always be tracked, will arrive within 3 working days and must be signed for upon delivery - please send your Platinum Delivery to your work address if possible.

Unlimited Products: $25 NZD
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our Courier Post deliveries will arrive within 5 working days and ensures that your parcel can always be tracked. Please note: It is up to the discretion of the Courier Post contractor whether they feel comfortable leaving your delivery at your home if you aren't there - sorry, Mecca can't help with this one. It is best to have your order delivered to your daytime address.

Our Platinum Delivery service ensures your delivery can always be tracked, will arrive within 3 working days and must be signed for upon delivery - please send your Platinum Delivery to your work address if possible.
Can I track my parcel?
