RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to return an item purchased on meccacosmetica.co.nz we will happily exchange or refund the full purchase amount provided you return the item to us within 14 days from the date of purchase, unused, and in its original condition, along with your original receipt. All discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange, so please choose carefully.Unfortunately we are not able to refund your original postage costs.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our Courier Post deliveries will arrive within 5 working days and ensures that your parcel can always be tracked. Please note: It is up to the discretion of the Courier Post contractor whether they feel comfortable leaving your delivery at your home if you aren't there - sorry, Mecca can't help with this one.
Our Platinum Delivery service ensures your delivery can always be tracked, will arrive within 3 working days and must be signed for upon delivery - please send your Platinum Delivery to your work address if possible.
Products can only be delivered in Australia or New Zealand, with the exception of Mecca Signature Line Products. If you wish to order these, please call our hosts on +6139420 7373.

There is absolutely no testing on animals or use of animal products by any supplier that Mecca Cosmetica stocks.
